LEADERSHIP

CATALYST INTL is led by Daniel and Lori Hahn along with a team of dedicated member care professionals and volunteers who share a common desire to encourage global workers.

DR. DANIEL Hahn

Daniel launched Catalyst Intl in 2004 as a way of focusing support on Christian global workers. As a teenager, Daniel's family served in Ghana, West Africa where he developed compassion for struggling nations and people. In addition to having led many international ministry teams, Daniel has been involved in relief projects in Nicaragua, Bosnia, Uganda, and Sudan. Daniel received a doctorate in Marriage & Family Ministry (D.Min) from Talbot School of Theology in 1990. He taught in an adjunct role there for 6 years and has been in pastoral ministry for over 38 years, most recently at ENCOUNTER Church in Southern California, where he served for 21 years. Daniel is most passionate about helping global workers stay resilient and develop sustainable life-giving rhythms. He leads soul care conferences for international teams and agencies throughout the year.

LORI HAHN

Lori is passionate about encouraging those who serve cross-culturally. She directed Communications, Women's Ministry, and Global Outreach efforts where Daniel pastored in Southern California for more than 35 years. Lori has launched numerous creative church-based ministries which link people to global workers, people groups, and compassion efforts around the world including taking teams to learn and serve internationally. Today, Lori co-directs Catalyst Intl along with Daniel and oversees their BREATHE, TRACTION and AVA conferences happening annually. Their grown children are all serving in ministry, along with two grandchildren who bring their Nana and Papa so much joy!
